The goal of the personalised medicine is individualisation of therapy to achieve its optimal efficiency and safety. Laboratory medicine professionals play a key role in this process, since they provide the information needed to optimize the therapy. Researchers at the Chair of Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine have been developing several fields of personalised (or precision) medicine, such as pharmacogenomics, nutrigenomics and cell ther-persoapy, in the context of various diseases, such as acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, osteoporosis, degenerative joint disease and autoimmune diseases. Further translation of these approaches into clinical practice depends on the level of education of health professionals in this field. Thus, the incorporation of these topics into study programs is of the utmost importance</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Personalizirani pristopi v obravnavi številnih kroničnih bolezni, kot so rak, osteoporoza, avtoimunske in sklepne bolezni, v zadnjem desetletju nezadržno prodirajo iz raziskovalne sfere v klinično prakso. Zato je pomemben cilj Katedre in Fakultete za farmacijo uvajanje teh vsebin tudi v študijske programe</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-TW95TA4U"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-TW95TA4U" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-TW95TA4U/61bf12bb-6542-4618-8bff-8b385b1e41a1/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Slovensko farmacevtsko društvo</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-TW95TA4U/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-TW95TA4U" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
