We compared the effects of static and dynamic stretching exercises on performance in tandem standing with eyes closed. Before and after both warm-up exercises, the velocity of the centre of pressure (COP) was measured during the tandem stance with eyes closed (30 s). The reliability of the COP sway parameters was calculated before and after the two warm-up exercises. The study included 16 participants, all active athletes (24 ± 4 years). They all performed two warm-up exercises: the first with static stretching and the second with dynamic stretching at least seven days apart in random order. The results showed that dynamic stretching reduced COP velocity. Static stretching, on the other hand, did not cause any changes in the variables studied. Therefore, the results suggest that dynamic warm-up before balance training is more appropriate than static warm-up"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Cilj raziskave je bil ugotoviti, ali ogrevanje vpliva na ravnotežje. Ugotavljali smo, kakšne so razlike med statičnim in dinamičnim tipom ogrevanja pri vplivu na hitrost gibanja prijemališča sile reakcije podlage (PSRP) med tandemsko stojo z zaprtimi očmi (30 sekund). Proučevali smo tudi ponovljivost izbranih spremenljivk pred ogrevanjem in po njem. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 16 aktivnih športnikov (24 ± 4 leta). Izvajali so ogrevanje s statičnimi razteznimi vajami in ogrevanje z dinamičnimi razteznimi vajami. Odmor med ogrevanji je bil najmanj sedem dni, vrstni red ogrevanja pa je bil naključen. Rezultati so pokazali, da dinamično ogrevanje zmanjša hitrost gibanja PSRP med tandemsko stojo, medtem ko statično ogrevanje ni povzročilo sprememb v hitrosti gibanja PSRP.
