Based on the shape of the internal ammonite mould and some other information, the specimen dates from the Upper Triassic and is similar to cephalopods of the Arcestidae family. V prispevku predstavljamo zelo nenavadno najdbo fosilnega glavonožca oziroma amonita, ki je bil odkrit v produ reke Sore, med Godešičem in Retečami. Amonit je močno poškodovan in ohranjen v obliki kamenega jedra, a smo kljub temu iz ostanka razbrali mnoge podatke in zanimivosti.
