Kratke čase in nizke stroške osvajanja naročil, ob doseganju zahtevane kakovosti pa je mogoče doseči le z integriranim osvajanjem naročil, ki predstavlja povezovanje metod projektnega vodenja z elementi sočasnega inženirstva. Projektno vodenje (PV) naročil z elementi sočasnega inženirstva omogoča bistveno skrajšanje potrebnega časa osvajanja naročil, znižanje stroškov in zagotavljanje večje kakovosti izvedenih naročil oz. izdelkov 1.
