This contributes to the transparency of the status of workers at work and makes for the worker easier to prove the violations of the contractual and other rights deriving from the employment relationship. Information in written form is provided for by the current Directive 91/533/EEC. Due to changes in the labour market and its reduced effectiveness a proposal for a new directive has been elaborated. The essential novelties of the proposal are recapitulated in the contribution. Some legal changes shall be reqiured and they are mentioned in the paper</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V Sloveniji je obveščenost delavcev o delovnih pogojih zagotovljena s pisno pogodbo o zaposlitvi in nekaterimi drugimi pisnimi izjavami delodajalca. Prispeva k preglednosti položaja delavcev pri delu in lažjega dokazovanja v primeru kršitev pogodbenih in drugih pravic iz delovnega razmerja. Pisno obveščanje določa tudi veljavna Direktiva 91/533/EGS. Zaradi sprememb na trgu dela in njene zmanjšane učinkovitosti je bil izdelan predlog nove direktive. V prispevku so povzete bistvene novosti predloga. Zaradi nekaterih bo treba spremeniti in dopolniti delovno zakonodajo.
