This paper focuses on the supervisory mechanisms guaranteed before both organisations, highlighting recent cases in which the competent bodies have addressed the Slovenian regime. It examines the ILO’s regular supervisory procedure, the representations and the complaints procedure, with particular reference to complaints concerning freedom of association. In the context of the Council of Europe, the recently amended procedure before the ECSR is presented, both in terms of the reporting system and collective complaints, and the role of the ECtHR is discussed. The conclusion highlights some of the links between the supervisory mechanisms of the two organisations, which ensure that so-called second-generation human rights are successfully implemented and protected</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V okviru MOD in Sveta Evrope so bili sprejeti številni pomembni akti, ki zagotavljajo varstvo delavskih in socialnih pravic v našem prostoru. V okviru Sveta Evrope je predstavljen nedavno spremenjeni postopek pred EOSP, tako glede postopka poročanja kot kolektivnih pritožb, obravnavana pa je tudi vloga ESČP.
