Because of the high processing temperature, lead oxide evaporation may significantly alter the stoichiometry of the films. ?$PbTiO_3$? (PT) film was used as a seeding layer since it crystallizes at a lower temperature than the ?$Pb {1-3x/2}La_xZr_{0,65}Ti_{0,35}O_3$?, x=0,095 (PLZT) film. The crystallization process of CSD PLZT films prepared on various PT seeding layers deposited on ?$TiO_2/Pt/TiO_2/SiO_2/Si$? and ?$Pt/TiO_2/Si$? substrates was studied. PT seeding layer decreases the nucleation temperature to at least 400°C, however,due to the growth controlled mechanism, a temperature of 450°C is required for the crystallization of the whole layer</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Za tanke plasti (Pb, La)(Zr,Ti)?$O_3$? na silicijevi podlagi s platinsko elektrodo je značilna kristalizacija v stabilno perovskitno fazo pri relativno visokih temperaturah, pri katerih naletimo na problem ohranjanja stehiometrije tanke plasti zaradi odparevanja svinčevega oksida. Da bi znižali temperaturo kristalizacije trdne raztopine ?$Pb_{1-3x/2}La_xZr{0,65}Ti_{0,35}O_3$?, x=0,095 (PLZT), smo uporabili nukleacijsko plast svinčevega titanata (Pt). V delu poročamo o peteku kristalizacije tankih plasti PLZT na različno pripravljenih nukleacijskih plasteh PT na podlagah ?$TiO_2/Pt/TiO_2/SiO_2/Si$? in ?$Pt/TiO_2/Si$?.
