This statement is based on the recent comparison of Frentzs prints with those of other printing offices as well as on the results of a reassessment of written sources, which shed new light on how these two works by Trubar came into being. Furthermore, the paper points out five new discoveries of works by 16th-century Protestant writers: Catechismus in the Glagolitic and Cyrillic scripts from 1561, The First Part of the New Testament (Ta pervi deil Noviga testamenta), and Articuli by Primož Trubar from 15571558 and 1562 and Jurij Dalmatins masters thesis De catholica et catholicis from 1572. It also discusses at length the new discovery of the second preserved copy of the Cerkovna ordninga from 1564, pointing out its significance and differences compared to the Vatican copyPrvi slovenski knjigi, Katekizem in Abecednik Primoža Trubarja iz leta 1550, je natisnil tiskar Peter Frentz v mestu Schwäbisch Hall v Nemčiji. Ta ugotovitev temelji na nedavni primerjavi njegovih tiskov s tiski drugih tiskarn in na ponovni analizi virov, ki osvetljujejo nastanek teh dveh Trubarjevih del.
