Particularly, there is a lack of data processing techniques used for the characterization of defects and inclusions in building structures. Direct transfer of techniques from mechanical to civil engineering is not possible due to different material properties and experimental conditions. The application of thermal contrast and pulsed phase thermography on results obtained by thermographic inspection of laboratory concrete specimens using pulsed thermography was studied. The results show that the thermal contrast is efficient enough for the detection of most common defects and inclusions in building structures. However, it fails for quantitative determination of defect depth. The latter is fulfilled by using pulsed phase thermography and phase images. In general, pulsed phase thermography proves to be a powerful method for the analysis of thermal data where both high geometrical resolution and high contrast of images are required"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V gradbeništvu je uporaba termografije za neporušne preiskave razmeroma slabo poznana, prav tako tudi načini obdelave termografskih podatkov za karakterizacijo napak in vključkov v gradbenih konstrukcijskih elementih. Direkten prenos tehnik obdelave podatkov s strojništva ni mogoč, saj se tako materialne lastnosti preizkušancev kot tudi pogoji merjenja na obeh področjih bistveno razlikujejo. V delu predstavimo uporabo temperaturnega kontrasta in pulzno-fazne termografije za preiskave laboratorijskih betonskih preizkušancev s pulzno termografijo. Temperaturni kontrast je dovolj občutljiv za zaznavanje najpogostejših napak in vključkov v betonskih konstrukcijskih elementih, ne moremo pa z njim kvantitativno oceniti globine anomalij.
