The reasons for its founding, its goals and tasks are defined in the Building Construction Act. On one hand, this provides it with new possibilities of operation while, on the other, it closes the door for it. At least, this is how some of the tasks are seen by the national and local administration and their bodies. Where are the limits of the Chamber's operation, how far can its professionalism reach, and what will be its role in the future? Which tasks need a legal foundation in the new law, which manages the operation of the Chamber of Engineers and is being prepared by the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, and which do not?"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Inženirska zbornica Slovenije je pravna oseba javnega prava, v katero so združeni pooblaščeni inženirji, ki delujejo na področju graditve objektov, kot so projektanti, nadzorniki, vodje del, revidenti in geodeti. Razlogi za njeno ustanovitev, njeni cilji in naloge so določeni v Zakonu o graditvi objektov. Po eni strani ji to omogoča nove možnosti delovanja, po drugi strani pa ji zapira vrata. Vsaj tako nekatere naloge zbornice vidijo državna in lokalna uprava in njuni organi. Kje so meje delovanja zbornice, do kod lahko seže njena strokovnost in kakšna naj bo njena vloga v prihodnje?
