Natančnost rezultatov, dobljenih s tem programom, je v veliki meri odvisna od pravilno postavljenih začetnih pogojev. Določevanje nekaterih pogojev je precej zahtevno, saj jih lahko določimo le na temelju izkušenj ali zahtevanih meritev v laboratoriju.
