A special experiment was conducted in 2017, using the abovementioned device, including 15 Slovenian ski jumpers, aged between 16 and 20. The power of the knee joint extensors was measured for each ski jumper in three lever arms in the inrun phase (18 cm, 20 cm, 22 cm). On average, the measured values of the isometric thrust force in the knee were the highest when the movement was carried out with the smallest lever arm - 18 cm. When the lever arm was 20 cm, the thrust force decreased on average by 9.85% over the maximum value, and when the lever arm was 22 cm, the respective figure was 16.14%. The differences in the thrust force between individual lever arms, expressed as a percentage, are large and can significantly influence the performance of the ski jumpers' take off. Regardless of the average size of the thrust force, the value of the torque of the thrust force was preserved (the biggest difference was 2.3%). Correlation between the manifest variables of the thrust force in knees in three different torque situations was high and statistically significant (p &lt; 0.01)</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Za razvoj in spremljanje moči iztegovalk kolenskega sklepa je bil razvit prototip specialne vadbeno-diagnostične naprave, ki omogoča merjenje mišične sile pri različnih ročicah njenega delovanja v kolenskem sklepu. Na omenjeni napravi je bil izveden poseben eksperiment, v katerem je v letu 2017 sodelovalo petnajst slovenskih smučarjev skakalcev, starih od 16 do 20 let. Moč iztegovalk kolenskega sklepa je bila pri vsakem skakalcu izmerjena pri treh ročicah v zaletnem položaju (18 cm, 20 cm, 22 cm). V povprečju so bile izmerjene vrednosti izometrične sile potiska v kolenih največje pri varianti izvedbe gibalne naloge pri najmanjši ročici 18 cm. Pri ročici 20 cm se je v povprečju potisna sila zmanjšala glede na maksimalno za 9,85 % in pri ročici 22 cm za 16,14 %. Razlike v potisni sili med posameznimi ročicami, izražene v odstotkih, so bile velike in lahko značilno vplivajo na uspešnost izvedbe odriva smučarjev skakalcev. Ne glede na povprečno velikost potisne sile se je ohranila vrednost navora potisne sile (največja razlika je bila 2,3 %).
