The concrete part of the beam, which can be reinforced with soft reinforcement, is modeled with Reissner's in-plane beam model and the prestressed cables running inside the concrete beam are modeled with the rope model. It is assumed that the cable and the concrete beam may displace side-by-side, but cannot displace apart at the point of contact between them. The phenomena of localization of deformation and softening of the concrete under compression, which usually occur at high loads, are modeled with a well-established »crack-band« model, which limits these phenomena to the finite length of the beam. The suitability and accuracy of the developed model is demonstrated by comparing numerical and experimental results of a simply supported and a continuous beam, for which well documented experimental results are available in the literature. Finally, a very good agreement of the results is found"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V članku predstavimo matematični model in ustrezen numerični postopek za analizo mehanskega odziva naknadno prednapetega betonskega nosilca z nepovezanimi ukrivljenimi kabli pri delovanju kratkotrajne statične obtežbe. Betonski del nosilca, ki je v splošnem armiran z mehko armaturo, modeliramo z Reissnerjevim modelom ravninskega nosilca, prednapete kable, ki potekajo znotraj betonskega nosilca, pa z modelom vrvi. Pri tem upoštevamo, da se kabel in betonski nosilec na medsebojnem stiku lahko zamakneta, ne moreta pa se razmakniti. Pojava lokalizacije deformacij in mehčanja betona v tlaku, ki običajno nastopita pri visokih nivojih obremenitev, modeliramo s t. i. »crack-band« modelom, s katerim omenjena pojava omejimo na končno dolžino nosilca. Primernost in natančnost razvitega modela prikažemo s primerjavo numeričnih in eksperimentalnih rezultatov mehanskega odziva prostoležečega in kontinuirnega nosilca, za katera so v literaturi na voljo dobro dokumentirani eksperimentalni rezultati.
