Atypical forms of work pose a number of challenges to the effectiveness of collective bargaining processes. For that reason, the analysis of collective agreements was designed as an overview of the collective agreements' provisions addressing three atypical forms of work: working at home (home work), student work, and agency work. The paper presents the results of the analysis, its findings, and suggestions"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V zadnjih desetletjih so se pojavile različne oblike nestandardnih (atipičnih) oblik dela, povečalo pa se je tudi število atipičnih delavcev. Atipične oblike dela (med drugim) predstavljajo velik izziv tudi učinkovitosti procesa kolektivnih pogajanj. Analiza kolektivnih pogodb je bila zato zastavljena kot pregled določb, ki naslavljajo tri nestandardne (atipične) oblike dela, ki se pojavljajo v določbah kolektivnih pogodb: delo na domu, študentsko delo in agencijsko delo.
