He notes that with the development of the political and military situation in the Province of Ljubljana, the Slovenian Home Guard quickly changed its composition and military operations. From defensive–policing formations stationed at military posts, the units evolved into mainly offensive military formations of quick-moving shock battalions. Autonomous military operations of Slovenian Home Guard units against Partisan units were hindered due to oversight by German police and, later, military commanders"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Razprava na osnovi arhivskega gradiva in literature obravnava oblikovanje in razvoj vojaške formacije in vojaškega delovanja Slovenskega domobranstva. Ugotavlja, da je Slovensko domobranstvo z razvojem političnega in vojaškega položaja v Ljubljanski pokrajini hitro spreminjalo svojo sestavo in vojaško delovanje. Enote so tako iz defenzivnih obrambno policijskih sestavov, ki so bili v vojaških postojankah, prerastle v pretežno ofenzivne napadalne vojaške formacije hitro premičnih udarnih bataljonov.
