Na podlagi obravnavanih primerov iz Nemčije ugotavlja, da imajo lahko pomembno vlogo na tem področju tako sindikati kot sveti delavcev – pri čemer je pomembno, da so za naslavljanje te tematike v dialogu z delavci zainteresirana poslovodstva podjetij.
