Based on the German examples discussed, he concludes that both trade unions and works councils can play an important role in this area – and that it is important that company managements are interested in addressing this issue in dialogue with workers. In line with the German example, it would also be worth considering updating Slovenian legislation on worker participation in management</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Avtor obravnava vlogo predstavnikov delavcev in delodajalcev pri uvajanju umetne inteligence v delovna razmerja ter izbrane vidike primerov dobrih praks. Na podlagi obravnavanih primerov iz Nemčije ugotavlja, da imajo lahko pomembno vlogo na tem področju tako sindikati kot sveti delavcev – pri čemer je pomembno, da so za naslavljanje te tematike v dialogu z delavci zainteresirana poslovodstva podjetij.
