These decisions concern other remunerations from the employment relationship which are linked to the arrangements in the collective agreement of the respective activity, which however, for some activities do not exist. They include decisions concerning the legality of the criteria of payment for business performance, and judgments relating to the remuneration of managers' work. Also presented is the issue of the subtraction of unemployment benefit in the event of reparation in disputes over the legality of termination of an employment contract"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V prispevku so prikazane nekatere pomembnejše novejše odločitve Vrhovnega sodišča in Višjega delovnega in socialnega sodišča, ki se nanašajo na plače in druga plačila iz delovnega razmerja. To so odločitve v zvezi s plačili drugih prejemkov iz delovnega razmerja, ki so vezani na ureditev v kolektivni pogodbi dejavnosti, pa te ni. Odločitve v zvezi z zakonitostjo kriterijev za izplačilo poslovne uspešnosti. Sodbe, ki se nanašajo na plačilo za delo vodilnih delavcev.
