Pain is divided on neuropathic and nociceptive, for each particular type of pain algorithms for drug treatment are shown. To treat chronic pain there are commonly used non-opioid and opioid analgesics, which are shown in the tables,as well as dosage, side effects and contraindications. The mechanisms of drug interaction with other drug treatment groups are presented for the most commonly prescribed analgesics for the treatment of chronic pain"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V prispevku so prikazani različni farmakoterapijski načini zdravljenja kronične bolečine. Bolečina je razdeljena na nevropatsko in nociceptivno, prikazani so algoritmi zdravljenja z zdravili za vsak tip bolečine posebej. Najpogosteje se za zdravljenje kronične bolečine uporabljajo neopioidni in opioidni analgetiki, ki so prikazani v preglednicah, kakor tudi odmerjanja, neželeni učinki in kontraindikacije.
