Several seminal judicial decisions are scrutinised. These decisions address, inter alia, the following questions of criminal complicity: general features of co-perpetration, co-perpetration by omission, co-perpetration in case of sexual offences, and complicity of the beneficiary in economic crimes. In these decision, one can notice a vivid dialogue with theoretical concepts of criminal complicity, which leads the author to an optimistic conclusion that at least in this field of criminal law theory and practice correspond to a great extent"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V prispevku avtor analizira novejšo sodno prakso s področja storilstva in udeležbe. Obravnava več sodnih odločb, ki odpirajo naslednja vprašanja sodelovanja več oseb pri kaznivem dejanju: splošne lastnosti sostorilstva, opustitveno sostorilstvo, sostorilstvo pri spolnih kaznivih dejanjih in vprašanje položaja prejemnika koristi pri gospodarskih kaznivih dejanjih. Obravnavane določbe kažejo na znaten obseg uporabe teoretičnih konceptov v sodni praksi in na živahen dialog prakse s teorijo.
