Their profiled knowledge in mathematical and technical sciences is highlighted as the base of future Maribor higher studies of philosophy, which was not carried out by Jesuits because of the suppression of Jesuits in 1773. After the March Revolution Maribor secondary education caught up the other schools in the territory of modern SloveniaPrvi naštevamo v Mariboru službujoče jezuite pred prepovedjo jezuitov leta 1773. Poudarjena je podkovanost v matematično-tehničnih vedah nekaterih med njimi in predstavljena kot utemeljevanje mariborskega visokošolskega študija filozofije; le-ta ni bil izpeljan zaradi prepovedi jezuitov leta 1773.
