On different government portals, services that are based on real user`s problems,e.g. life-events emerge more and more frequently. However, the main emphasis of the article is on the evaluation model, which helps to assess the maturity of e-services and life-events as well. Vse pogosteje se na različnih upravnih portalih pojavljajo storitve, ki so bolikovane na podlagi uporabnikovega problema - življenske situacije. V članku je tako na kratko predstavljen koncept oblikovanja storitev na podlagi življenskih situacij. Osrednji del članka pa je namenjen predstavitvi modela, ki omogoča oceniti zrelost e-storitev in življenskih situacij ter s tem tudi njihovo medsebojno primerjavo.
