In the light of proposals for greater decentralisation of the system, the article analyses the existing regulations. The position of the author is that the current system provides fully effective collective bargaining in practice at all levels and also provides opportunities for substantive renewal of collective agreements, therefore systemic changes of the Collective Agreements Act are currently not required"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V okviru zahtev po nadaljevanju reforme trga dela se izpostavlja tudi pomen sistema kolektivnih pogajanj. Avtorica v članku analizira veljavno ureditev z vidika predlogov za večjo decentralizacijo sistema. Stališče avtorice je, da veljavna zakonodaja povsem omogoča učinkovita kolektivna pogajanja v praksi na vseh ravneh in daje možnosti za vsebinsko prenovo kolektivnih pogodb.
