In the frames of quality, its structure and social support are of utmost importance. Research study of 400 nurses from five Slovenian hospitals shows that quality of nurses networks at work place is low. Nurses networks include workers and managers, but almost 40% of the researched population would prefer a larger network. The biggest problem seemsto be a lack of possibility for confiding and the assistance with nursingtasks and information</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Socialna mreža na delovnem mestu je preplet stikov in odnosov zaposlenega s sodelavci. V okviru kakovosti je pomembna tako njena struktura kot podpora, kijo ponuja. V raziskavi med 400 zaposlenimi v zdravstveni negi iz petih bolnišnic je bilo ugotovljeno, da socialna mreža raziskovane populacije temelji na kolegih, vendar vključuje tudi nadrejene in osebje drugih strok. Skoraj 40% anketiranih si na delovnem mestu želi širšo socialno mrežo.
