A short introductory outline of the contents of this concept is followed by an in-depth analysis of the two binding international documents in the field of decent work: the ILO convention no. 189 on decent work of domestic workers and the Protocol to ILO Convention no. 29 on forced labour, the former adopted in 2011, the latter in 2014. The author also discusses recommendations (no. 201 and 203) attached to the two binding documents. All four international documents are discussed within the context of Slovenian labour law system"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Avtor v prispevku opozarja na koncept dostojnega dela, zadnjih dvajset let izraziteje deklariranega vrednostnega izhodišča normativne in ostalih dejavnosti MOD. Po kratkem izhodiščnem orisu vsebine tega koncepta avtor poglobljeno analizira dva zadnja zavezujoča mednarodna dokumenta s področja dostojnega dela, in sicer Konvencijo MOD, št. 189 o dostojnem delu delavcev v gospodinjstvih in Protokol h Konvenciji MOD, št. 29 o prisilnem delu, prva sprejeta v letu 2011, druga v letu 2014. Oba obvezujoča dokumenta spremljata tudi priporočili (št. 201 in 203), ki ju avtor prav tako vsebinsko osvetli.
