One of the goals of the new Employment Relationships Act is the reduction of labour market segmentation. Certain changes in the regulation of agency work were necessary in order to implement the EU law in this regard (directive 2008/104). Some additional measures aimed at limiting the recourse to fixed-term contracts and agency work and preventing misuse of these forms of employment in practice have been introduced"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Prispevek obravnava najpomembnejše spremembe in nove rešitve v pravni ureditvi pogodbe o zaposlitvi za določen čas in agencijskega dela. Eden od ciljev novega zakona o delovnih razmerjih je tudi zmanjšanje segmentacije na trgu dela.
