The purpose of this contribution in to present certain questions about the institute of termination of employment contract with managerial personnelZDR posebne ureditve za primer prenehanja pogodbe o zaposlitvi s poslovodnimi osebami ne določa, dopušča pa, da pogodbeni stranki v pogodbi o zaposlitvi vprašanje prenehanja pogodbe o zaposlitvi drugače uredita. Pri tem bi morali pogodbeni strani upoštevati načine prenehanja statusno-pravnega razmerja in ustrezno urediti način prenehanja pogodbe o zaposlitvi in pravice poslovodne osebe v tej zvezi.
