Species already found in Portugal some years ago (Wilson M., in press) was found to be widely distributed along the Slovene coast as well. In 2004 a quite large population of this species has been established in Lazaret (VL04) and in Seča (UL93), always on its host plant Spartina maritima. This large population on the Slovene coast leaves an assumption of its much wider distribution along the northern Adriatic.
