We have shown that it is possible to research and test some phenomena related to entrepreneurship with the help of other theories (in our case the RBT). We argue that RBT can help us to explain that entrepreneurship in general incorporates the entrepreneurs'' unique consciousness -recognition of business opportunities, the ability to acquire the necessary resources for their exploitation, and organizational capabilities of recombining the homogenous resources into heterogeneous outputs. In this way we have shown how the theory can be usefully applied outside its specific area and, as such, we significantly contribute to existing theoryV prispevku preučujemo vlogo podjetniških proizvodnih virov v luči teorije proizvodnih virov, pri čemer smo razširili podjetniško teorijo. Pokazali smo, da je moč s pomočjo drugih teorij (v našem primeru TPV) raziskovati in preveriti pojave, povezane s podjetništvom. S pomočjo TPV smo pokazali, da podjetništvo v splošnem vključuje podjetnikovo edinstveno zavedanje - prepoznavanje poslovnih priložnosti, sposobnost pridobivanja potrebnih proizvodnih virov za njihovo izrabo, in organizacijske sposobnosti rekombiniranja homogenih inputov v heterogene outpute.
