General trends are negative, the number of employees which are covered by collective agreements has been decreasing, the level of employment protection and employees' rights has been lowering. The negative changes have been accelerated by the economic crisis and Troika's austerity measures, as well as controversial interpretation of the valid international standards of freedom of trade unions taken by the Court of Justice of the European Union in the cases Laval and Viking All of the named leads to a conflict with international and European law in the field of fundamental social rights"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Avtorica analizira stanje na področju kolektivnih pogodb po spremembah delovne zakonodaje leta 2013 in novejše trende na tem področju na evropski ravni. Splošni trendi so negativni, zmanjšuje se pokritost s kolektivnimi pogodbami pa tudi raven varstva zaposlitve in delavskih pravic.
