The care centre YCCMB houses children and adolescents with developmental, educational, social and psychological deficits. The professional workers adapted and updated the current educational programme in YCCMB with additional sports and adventure activities. In this intensive sports and adventure programme, sports will therefore present a medium or a tool with which they will try to accomplish and achieve the goals from the emotional, behavioural, educational, ethical, social and psychological fields and the goals from the field of group dynamics. To assure the success of their work, a monitoring system is designed to show the efficiency of the programme for the above-mentioned target audience"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V prispevku je predstavljeno koncipiranje intenzivnega športno-doživljajskega programa, ki ga v okviru dvoletnega evropskega projekta skupaj v konzorciju s še petimi slovenskimi vzgojnimi zavodi in mladinskimi domovi v zahodni slovenski regiji izvajajo strokovni delavci v Mladinskem domu Malči Beličeve (MDMB), in njegovi spremljavi. V MDMB bivajo otroci in mladostniki z razvojnimi, vzgojnimi, socialnimi in psihološkimi primanjkljaji. Obstoječi vzgojni program dela v MDMB so strokovnjaki prilagodili in nadgradili z dodatnimi športno-doživljajskimi dejavnostmi, tako da bo šport tako v tem intenzivnem športno-doživljajskem programu predstavljal medij oz. sredstvo, prek katerega bodo poskušali doseči in uresničiti cilje na čustvenih, vedenjskih, vzgojnih, etičnih, socialnih in psiholoških področjih ter cilje s področja skupinske dinamike.
