The right to disconnect is also important for the worker. The paper discusses legal solutions related to those institutes, which were implemented by the amendment ZDR-1D in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1158 and in order to protect workers</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Trajanje delovnega časa, njegova razporeditev in obdobja upravičenih odsotnosti z dela, pa tudi druge možnosti prožnih ureditev dela (kot je delo na domu) pomembno vplivajo na delavčevo možnost, da usklajuje poklicno in zasebno življenje. Prav tako je za delavca pomembna pravica do odklopa.
