Next, we describe the results of international studies on neurorehabilitation gait relevant for evidence based rehabilitation. The studies include the comparisons of FES, robot, and orthosis-assisted walking. In conclusion, some thoughts on future development in the field of FES are given"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V uvodnem delu podajamo kratek pregled uporabe peronealne funkcionalne električne stimulacije (FES) pri urjenju hoje bolnikov z nepopolno poškodbo hrbtenjače, kot so ga vpeljali ljubljanski raziskovalci. V osrednjem delu povzemamo rezultate mednarodnih študij nevrorehabilitacije hoje, ki so pomembni z vidika z dokazi podprte rehabilitacije. V študijah so opisane tudi primerjave med FES in robotskim urjenjem hoje ter hojo z ortozo.
