They are arguably "automatically" enforceable when they impose the pecuniary obligations, as if they were a final judgment of a court in that State. A detailed overview of the relevant provisions of the ICSID Convention reveals possible alternative interpretations, which are because of its potential impact not irrelevant and thus deserve special attentionPrispevek se ukvarja z vprašanjem dokončnosti odločb arbitražnih tribunalov v investicijskih sporih, s posebnim poudarkom na arbitražah med investitorjem in državo pred Mednarodnim centrom za reševanje investicijskih sporov (ICSID). Te naj bi bile namreč "avtomatično" izvršljive, če gre za odločbe o denarnih obveznostih, kot da bi šlo za prav-nomočne sodbe domačih sodišč.
