Teh communist organised the \"Liberation front\", through which they were able to attract several leftist groups to their side. On 16 September 1941 the Liberation Front monopolised the ressistance againts the enemy and declared that everyone who was organised outside war a traitor - including those who worked underground againts the occupiers. And such traitors had to be sentenced to death. Many patriotic Slovenians were therefore \"liquidated\" by the \"Security and Intelligence service\" called VOS, a tropp recruited solely from members of the Communist Party and communist youth organisation SKOJ. Prof. Dr. Lovro Šturm was the first jurist to evaluate the revolutionary acts of 16 September 1941, followed by Prof. Dr. Dieter Blumenwitz"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V Sloveniji moramo med drugo svetovno vojno upoštevati dve ravni dogajanja: okupacijo in upor proti tej, ter revolucijo in upor proti njej. Komunisti so ustanovili Osvobodilno fronto. Uspelo jim je na svojo stran pritegniti leve skupine. V upor so šli zato, da izpeljejo revolucijo in prevzamejo oblast. OF je 16. septembra 1941 monopolizirala upor proti okupatorjem in razglasila vsakogar, ki se je organiziral izven OF, za izdajalca - pa četudi je deloval proti sovražnikom - in za izdajalce predvidevala smrtno kazen. Mnogi domoljubi so bili \"likvidirani\" od VOS-a, organizacije, ki je bila sestavljena izključno iz partijcev oz. mladinske organizacije SKOJ. Prof. dr.
