This is followed by a review of relevant horizontal and sector-specific state aid acts. The very core of the article is, however, the question of whether fundamental principles of the supranational legal state aid system are fully applicable in the selected regulated sectors. Moreover, the article explores the limits of the admissibility of state aid measures or, more precisely, the tools which can be used for this purposeV prispevku so na kratko predstavljeni posebne okoliščine in ozadje uveljavljanja pravil o državnih pomočeh v izbranih reguliranih sektorjih in njihov pomen za uspešno vzpostavitev notranjega trga.
