The aim of the study is to examine the responses of media self-regulatory bodies to issues of journalistic ethics and professionalism related to digitalization and the willingness of media self-regulatory bodies and statutory media regulators to co-regulate the digital communication environment. The analysis of codes of ethics and interviews with representatives of media self-regulatory bodies and media regulators from four countries on the territory of ex-Yugoslavia revealed similarities in the adaptation of media self-regulation to the problems of the digital communication environment but did not indicate common views on state intervention and on strengthened collaboration between media self-regulation bodies and media regulators</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Z digitalizacijo komunikacijskega okolja je prišlo do regulativnega neravnovesja, v katerem so na eni strani regulirani in finančno podhranjeni mediji, na drugi pa neregulirane in ekonomsko močne digitalne platforme. Analiza etičnih kodeksov ter intervjuji s predstavniki medijskih samoregulativnih teles in medijskih regulatorjev iz štirih držav, nastalih na območju nekdanje Jugoslavije, so razkrili podobnosti pri prilagajanju medijske samoregulacije vprašanjem digitalnega komunikacijskega okolja, a niso nakazali strinjanja glede možnosti poseganja države vanj ter glede krepitve sodelovanja medijskih samoregulatorjev in regulatorjev pri njegovem urejanju</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-OZ2ES4U3"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-OZ2ES4U3" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-OZ2ES4U3/a--6036a4e341b41ab56c7ab1e4-b-e2140d/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Evropski inštitut za komuniciranje in kulturo - EURICOM</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-OZ2ES4U3/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-OZ2ES4U3" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
