Social workers frequently use basic ICT tools and perceive a gap between their own digital literacy and the digital competencies of young people. The research results indicate a weak positive correlation between self-assessed digital literacy and the frequency of ICT use. The research also showed that the number of perceived challenges is not related to the frequency of ICT use, while institutional support is partially positively associated with use. The study emphasizes the need for a systematic approach to developing digital competencies in the profession and improving institutional support for ICT use</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Raziskava preučuje stanje uporabe informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije v socialnem delu z mladimi, s fokusom na pogostosti uporabe, in analizira dejavnike, ki lahko vplivajo na to. Študija poudarja potrebo po sistematičnem pristopu k razvoju digitalnih kompetenc v stroki in izboljšanju institucionalne podpore za uporabo informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-OYTAYZEQ"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-OYTAYZEQ" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-OYTAYZEQ/00a247c3-aee7-443b-b305-bd41133135a1/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za socialno delo</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-OYTAYZEQ/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-OYTAYZEQ" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
