On the basis of the data on successfully resolved constitutional complains the author concludes that during the studied period most of the annulled judgements of the courts referred to violations of human rights which concern constitutional procedural guarantees, in particular Article 22 of the Constitution (equal protection of rights). On the basis of submitted initiatives and requests, the author presents the unconstitutionality of the legal provisions and assesses the impact of the Constitutional Court on the development of individual and collective labour relations and social security"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Prispevek vsebuje analizo ustavnosodnih presoj Ustavnega sodišča Republike Slovenije s področja delovnega prava in prava socialne varnosti v obdobju 2008 - 20017. Na podlagi podatkov o uspešno rešenih ustavnih pritožbah avtorica ugotavlja, da je bilo v proučevanem obdobju največ razveljavljenih sodb sodišč zaradi kršitev človekovih pravic, ki so se nanašala na ustavno procesna jamstva, predvsem na 22. člen Ustave (enako varstvo pravic).
