Routine laboratory investigations revealed eosinophilia, IgE hypergammaglobulinemia, and elevated serum levels of beta-2-mlin. Histopathology from a skinlesion (biopsy) revealed enlarged hair hollicules, filled with eosinophiles and with eosinophilic infiltrates penetrating thesebaceous structure. Histopathology from a right axillar lymp node showed histological corresponding to the diagnosis of dermatopathic lymphadenitis.
