These are vocational rehabilitation (VR) providers, employers and national insurance institutions. Various theories that are the basis for the stakeholders' ethical principles are presented, and the differences among them are highlighted. The most important issue of VR provider teams is the variety of professions included, which has implications from the ethics viewpoint. All the VR providers should be client-oriented, must respect the client's integrity, autonomy and informed consent. VR professionals are responsible for high quality of service and their own professional development. Employer's activities in the return-to-work process are influenced by economical, legislative and ethical factors, whereby economic factors take priority. Public institutions have their own ethical principles' they are client-oriented but have to strictly follow the rules and regulations. The ensuing gap leads to ethical dilemmas. We conclude the paper with our belief that collaboration of all stakeholders is crucial in VR. Many studies have identified employers as the main decision-makers, so their ethical attitudes are decisive</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V besedilu so predstavljena etična izhodišča in dileme udeležencev v procesu vračanja na delo oziroma zaposlovanja oseb z zmanjšanimi zmožnostmi. To so izvajalci poklicne in zaposlitvene rehabilitacije, delodajalci in javni zavodi. Strokovni delavci morajo zagotavljati visoko kakovost storitev in svoj profesionalni razvoj. Na delodajalčeve dejavnosti v procesu vračanja na delo vplivajo ekonomski dejavniki, zakonodaja in etična načela. V ospredju so ekonomski dejavniki. Javni zavodi imajo svoja etična izhodišča, ki so zaznamovana z usmerjenostjo v uporabnika in s spoštovanjem pravil. V tem se skrivajo pasti za nastanek etičnih vprašanj. V zaključku izpostavljamo pomen sodelovanja vseh deležnikov. Študije kažejo, da je v tem procesu odločilna vloga delodajalca, pogosto pa imajo odločilno vlogo etična stališča najpomembnejšega (najmočnejšega) udeleženca procesa</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-O075VN13"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-O075VN13" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-O075VN13/6662e402-311d-427f-abce-b312234119e6/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerzitetni rehabilitacijski inštitut RS – Soča</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-O075VN13/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-O075VN13" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
