In the reasoning of the judgements the courts take ILO standards as a legal basis for the decision, or more often, as an additional argument for substantiating the decision. Despite a small number of such decisions, the importance of the ILO standards in general and as an element of the reasoning of court decisions is undeniable"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V prispevku so podani zaključki analize sodnih odločb Vrhovnega sodišča in Višjega delovnega in socialnega sodišča zadnjih nekaj let, v katerih sta se sklicevali na standarde Mednarodne organizacije dela (MOD) kot izhajajo iz ratificiranih konvencij.
