For reasons of educating children with special needs in mainstream facilities further needs for the didactical and organization alternations have emerged. The presented findings suggest that teachers are adequately acquainted with various didactical innovations. At the same time they lack the knowledge, skills and experience of working with children with special needs. Further training for professional staff working with children with special needs is therefore a necessity for enabling proper planning and implementation of their job as school professionals</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">S prizadevanji številnih posameznikov in gibanj za uresničevanje človekovih pravic (ter posledično s spremembami v miselnosti širše družbe) in s spremembami zakonodaje na področju vzgoje in izobraževanja se je polje vzgoje in izobraževanja otrok s posebnimi potrebami precej spremenilo. Pokazale so sedodatne potrebe po didaktičnih in organizacijskih spremembah zaradi poučevanja otrok s posebnimi potrebami v rednih osnovnih šolah. Kot kažejo predstavljeni rezultati, so učitelji v zadostni meri seznanjeni z različnimi didaktičnimi novostmi, hkrati pa jim primanjkuje znanja, spretnosti in izkušenj na področju poučevanja otrok s posebnimi potrebami.
