Opisana je meritev srednjega časa dostave dokumentov iz zaprtega skladišča v eni knjižnici po metodologiji standarda ISO 11620. Nadalje so prikazani pomen kreativnega reševanja problemov v tranzicijskem času knjižnic ob hitrem razvoju tehnologije in primeri izkoriščenih priložnosti v nekaterih tujih knjižnicah. Na koncu je opisana povezava timskih meritev uspešnosti delovanja knjižnic s kreativnim reševanjem problemov pri seminarskih nalogah študentov bibliotekarstva.
