Then he outlines Slovenia's position in three proceedings in which it has found itself till now. Violations of the Right to housing under the Article 31 of the RESC, the Rights of children and adolescents to appropriate social, legal and economic protection under the Article 17 of the RESC and the Right to equal pay for men and women under the Articles 4 and 20 of the RESC were established. The first two violations have been eliminated, while in the third case the Committee of Ministers adopted its recommendation only in March 2021 and there has been no official response from Slovenia yet. As these are important directions, a reaction will be necessaryAvtor v prispevku poudari izjemen pomen sistema kolektivnih pritožb, unikatnega nadzornega mehanizma nad spoštovanjem MESL. Nato pa oriše položaj Slovenije v treh postopkih, v katerih se je do sedaj znašla sama. Ugotovljene so bile kršitve pravice do nastanitve po 31. členu MESL, pravic otrok in mladostnikov do ustreznega socialnega, pravnega in ekonomskega varstva po 17. členu MESL in pravice do enakega plačila moških in žensk po 4. in 20. členu MESL. Prvi dve kršitvi sta bili odpravljeni, medtem ko je v tretjem primeru Odbor ministrov svoje priporočilo sprejel marca 2021 in uradnega odziva Slovenije še ni.
