It is in these businesses where the desire for sustainable practices often burns brightest. As an artist and designer running a micro business, I have encountered specific challenges when implementing sustainable practices. Among the greatest obstacles are limited financial resources, lack of access to sustainable materials, and insufficient information on circular business models. The purpose of my presentation is to share personal experiences and demonstrate how creative approaches and collaboration with local communities and other creators can successfully overcome these challenges. My talk will show how the flexibility of micro businesses allows for the development of innovative sustainable solutions, such as the reuse of materials and extending product lifecycles. Additionally, I aim to encourage larger small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as organizations, to collaborate with us, as we can collectively achieve a more significant positive impact on the green transition. With this contribution, I seek to motivate both small and large players to recognize new opportunities for sustainable growth together"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Mikro in mala podjetja so pogosto spregledana v razpravah o zelenem prehodu, čeprav predstavljajo pomemben del gospodarstva. Prav v takih podjetjih se pogosto pojavi močna želja po trajnostnem poslovanju. Kot umetnica in oblikovalka, ki vodi mikro podjetje, sem se soočila s konkretnimi izzivi pri uvajanju trajnostnih praks. Med največjimi ovirami so omejeni finančni viri, pomanjkanje dostopa do trajnostnih materialov ter pomanjkanje informacij o krožnih poslovnih modelih. Namen mojega prispevka je skozi osebne izkušnje prikazati, kako lahko s kreativnimi pristopi in sodelovanjem z lokalnimi skupnostmi ter drugimi ustvarjalci uspešno premagamo te izzive. Z mojim govorom bodo obiskovalci izvedeli, kako fleksibilnost mikro podjetij omogoča razvoj inovativnih trajnostnih rešitev, kot so ponovna uporaba materialov in podaljševanje življenjske dobe izdelkov. Prav tako želim spodbuditi večja mala in srednja podjetja ter organizacije k sodelovanju z nami, saj lahko skupaj dosežemo večji pozitiven vpliv na zeleni prehod.
