The main goal of the research is to analyse current indications and tendencies that point to future post-pandemic residential choices of urban residents. The research analysis shows that one possible urban development option entails intensification of the suburbanisation process and mass migration to smaller settlements with a lower urban density. The second possibility suggests changing the composition of the existing urban fabric so as to support high population density, a sustainable urban transformation, and the digitalisation of cities with a stress on the widespread use of teleworking. When applied synergistically and complementarily with other socio-spatial measures, teleworking provides an excellent tool for mitigating the pandemic's negative effects</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Med pandemijo se nakazujejo različne potencialno mogoče smernice urbanega razvoja. Teledelo, ki deluje sinergično, komplementarno in usklajeno z drugimi družbenoprostorskimi ukrepi, je odlično orodje pri blaženju negativnih učinkov pandemije</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-MN6J9Q2D"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-MN6J9Q2D" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-MN6J9Q2D/23c5c0c8-c78c-471b-b56c-427de1c0cd09/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za družbene vede</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-MN6J9Q2D/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-MN6J9Q2D" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
