In the 1960s, social workers sought to address the needs of single mothers and to support them particularly when poverty and housing insecurity were prevalent in the family. The findings of the research presented in the paper support the thesis that, despite the progressive views of the socialist political doctrine of the time, social workers in practice in the mid-1970s held an essentially traditionalist view of the family that eventually became entrenched in the 1980s. The belief that a child needs a father and a mother for »normal development« was so categorical with regard to single mothers that it can be assumed that social work in this sense moved away from the ideology of socialism"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Zgodovinski pregled prakse socialnega dela s samskimi materami, ki temelji na diplomskih nalogah Višje šole za socialno delo, pokaže, da se je diskurz socialnih delavk o tej socialni temi zelo spreminjal. Socialne delavke so se v šestdesetih letih 20. stoletja trudile odzivati na potrebe samskih mater in so jih podpirale, predvsem kadar so bile v družini revščina in neurejene stanovanjske razmere. Rezultati raziskave, ki je v članku predstavljena, podpirajo tezo, da so sredi sedemdesetih let socialne delavke kljub naprednim nazorom tedanje politične doktrine v praksi imele pravzaprav tradicionalističen pogled na družino. Ta se je v osemdesetih letih nato dokončno utrdil. Prepričanje, da otrok potrebuje očeta in mater za »normalen razvoj«, je bilo v odnosu do samskih mater tako kategorično, da je mogoče domnevati, da se je socialno delo v tem pogledu razhajalo z ideologijo socializma"}],"edm:type":"TEXT","dc:type":[{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"znanstveno časopisje"},{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"journals"},{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785"}]},"ore:Aggregation":{"@rdf:about":"http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-MIW344W7","edm:aggregatedCHO":{"@rdf:resource":"URN:NBN:SI:doc-MIW344W7"},"edm:isShownBy":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-MIW344W7/7c16d0b6-f82e-41ce-bf0a-04baf73245cf/PDF"},"edm:rights":{"@rdf:resource":"http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/"},"edm:provider":"Slovenian National E-content Aggregator","edm:intermediateProvider":{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"National and University Library of Slovenia"},"edm:dataProvider":{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za socialno delo"},"edm:object":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-MIW344W7/maxi/edm"},"edm:isShownAt":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-MIW344W7"}}}}
