Rules of Directive (EU) no. 2011/24 on the application of patients' rights in cross-border healthcare were transposed into national legislation and at the same time the right to cross-border healthcare was enacted in a more detailed way. The article focuses on comparing material and procedural aspects of all three enacted positions. Some solutions of other Member States regarding the transposal of rules of Directive 2011/24 are also stated"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Konec leta 2013 je področje zdravstvenega zavarovanja zaznamovalo sprejetje novele Zakona o zdravstvenem varstvu in zdravstvenem zavarovanju (ZZVZZ-M). Z novelo so bila v notranji pravni red prenesena pravila Direktive (EU) št. 2011/24 o uveljavljanju pravic pacientov pri čezmejnem zdravstvenem varstvu, hkrati pa je bila podrobneje urejena pravica do zdravljenja v tujini, ki določa tri pravne položaje.
