He notes that we ought to distinguish within the Slovene Home Guard the faith in the victory of the anti-Communist side from the faith in a German victory. Rupnik, who in 1945 actively interfered with the functioning of the Home Guard, and his son-in law and secretary Kociper certainly were not the Slovene Home Guard. Home Guard officers also believed in their military superiority over the partisans, but not necessarily in a German victory. Utopian or not, they expected an allied invasion which they were interested in taking part. V članku ugotavlja, da moramo v Slovenskem domobranstvu razlikovati med vero v zmago protikomunistične strani in med vero v nemško zmago. Rupnik, ki je v letu 1945 aktivno posegel v delovanje domobranstva, in njegov zet in tajnik Kociper nikakor nista bila Slovensko domobranstvo. Domobranski častniki so verjeli v svojo vojaško premoč v primerjavi s partizani, vendar ne nujno v nemško zmago.
